Ideally located for all-season getaways, the retreat is also within close reach of popular ski resorts and outdoor adventures.
Located on a quiet, dead-end country road and surrounded by expansive farmland, the property was intentionally designed as a retreat from the demands of modern life. Just two hours from NYC, this private 15-acre haven offers peace, privacy, and luxury in nature.
Walls of glass invite the outdoors in, offering sweeping views of the land and sky from nearly every room. Over 100 species of plants and trees flourish here — including a full orchard and a blueberry patch — making every season a unique experience.

Hidden gem in the Catskills! Great property and beautiful house with an abundance of space - my 2 labs were obsessed with running around the property and relaxing in the backyard, looking out into the woods. Had such a relaxing break, was a very peaceful stay that was very quiet - at night, there were no lights or sound other than nature, which was such a nice environment. Highly recommend visiting this Airbnb and staying here - Maggie was a great host and very responsive and helpful!
We had the most SPECTACULAR TIME. The house and surrounding garden are gorgeous. The house is beautiful and so thoughtfully done with lots of room for everyone to get time to relax. The fenced in garden was a HUGE plus for our pup to be outside on his own. We can’t wait to book again. Maggie is so responsive and helpful. I can’t say enough about the space and just how wonderful, beautiful and comfortable it is.
